About me
Trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, overwhelm, low self-worth, and feeling stuck
Helping you heal from the past, understand yourself, and reconnect with who you are.
You've spent so long coping, but inside you feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected.
You may look like you're managing on the outside, while inside you're carrying anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or a constant feeling that you're never quite enough. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, people pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling disconnected from who you really are.
Maybe you're carrying the effects of difficult childhood experiences, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, or trauma. Or perhaps life simply feels harder than it should, and you're not sure why. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.
Hello, I'm Victoria. I'm an Integrative Counsellor and Level 5 Trauma-Informed Therapist, offering online and telephone counselling for adults across the UK.
I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. My role is to offer that space, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin moving towards a life that feels calmer, more fulfilling, and more connected.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to you. Rather than following a single approach, I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, and trauma-informed practice, adapting our work to meet your individual needs. Whether you're looking for support with something happening now or want to explore deeper experiences from the past, we'll work together at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
I regularly support people experiencing:
• Anxiety and excessive worry
• Low self-esteem and self-worth
• People pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
• Childhood trauma and the lasting impact of early experiences
• Relationship difficulties
• Grief and loss
• Emotional overwhelm, stress, and burnout
• Feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected from themselves
Therapy isn't about having all the answers. It's about having the opportunity to pause, reflect, and make sense of your experiences with someone alongside you.
Taking that first step can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change.
I offer online and telephone counselling, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the UK.
If you'd like to arrange an initial conversation or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
