About me
Many of us have times in our lives when we feel very alone and need some help. I’ve felt this too and understand what’s it’s like. Maybe feelings like anxiety, depression or low self-esteem are causing difficulties. You might have experienced a significant loss, such as a bereavement, the breakdown of a relationship, family problems, or the loss of a job. Perhaps you are struggling to come to terms with trauma from the recent past, or from your childhood.
I work with my clients with painful experiences like these in a relational, collaborative way to help you feel better. This means that I believe that everyone can heal, change and grow towards a happier life. It also means that I place a great value on the relationship between us, offering empathy and compassion, lack of judgement and safety.
Together, in a confidential space, we can talk about and explore your difficulties at your own pace. I can help you to build greater awareness, coming to terms with your experiences, working on strategies and ways of being that support you towards feeling better.
I can work with you online with Zoom or at my practice room in West London.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified with an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute, a specialist psychotherapy college in London, where I am an ongoing member.
I am also a member of UKCP and BACP.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
