About me

Many of us have times in our lives when we feel very alone and need some help. I’ve felt this too and understand what’s it’s like.   Maybe feelings like anxiety, depression or low self-esteem are causing difficulties. You might be experiencing loss, having relationship and family problems or are struggling to cope with losing your job. Perhaps you are trying to come to terms with trauma from the recent past, or from your childhood.

I work with my clients with painful experiences like these in a collaborative way to help you feel better.  I believe that everyone can heal, change and grow towards a happier life. I place a great value on the relationship between us, offering empathy and compassion, lack of judgement and safety.

Together, in a confidential space, we can talk about and explore your difficulties at your own pace. I can help you to build greater awareness, coming to terms with your experiences, working on strategies and ways of being that support you towards feeling better.

I can work with you online with Zoom or at my practice room in West London.

Training, qualifications & experience

I qualified with an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute, a specialist psychotherapy college in London, where I am an ongoing member. I have a Level 2 Accreditation in CBT from the Association for Psychological Therapies.

I am also a member of UKCP and BACP.
