About us

Relationships, with ourselves and with others, can be complex. At times, they may feel overwhelming or painful. But they also hold the potential for joy, intimacy, and meaningful growth.

I’m a sex and relationship psychodynamic therapist, and I currently have space in my practice for couples who are experiencing sexual issues — this may be loss of desire, painful sex, erectile difficulties, or something else. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. What you’re looking for is clarity, connection, and lasting change. I support clients in exploring these challenges, making sense of their experiences, and moving toward greater self-awareness, connection, and pleasure.

Therapy with me offers a confidential, supportive space to explore these challenges, reflect deeply, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating – both emotionally and sexually.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when it involves sex or relationships. Finding the right therapist is an important first step. If you're struggling, I invite you to send a brief message about what’s on your mind. If I think I can help, I’ll get in touch to arrange an initial consultation.

I am in my final year of further psychosexual training so am currently able to offer reduced rates for psychosexual work. Sessions are weekly at the same date and time. My current availability for in-person sessions is on Wednesday mornings in Hove. I also have some evening availability for online sessions via video-call.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained in Individual & Couple Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the renowned Tavistock Relationships (BACP). I have experience working with individuals and couples across a breadth of issues, including but not limited to - infidelity, conflict, anxiety, money, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, grief, cultural differences, lack of desire, fertility issues and parenting.

I’m currently completing further training in Psychosexual Therapy at Tavistock Relationships (COSRT), deepening my understanding of how the body and mind interact in matters of intimacy, arousal, and desire.

Member organisations *

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
