About me

Hello, my name is Vicky. I am a qualified Humanistic Therapist registered with The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Service (NCPS). I offer 1-2-1 therapy both online and in person.

My Approach
As a Humanistic therapist, my approach centres around a belief that we are all inherently growth-oriented. I hope to offer you space to explore whatever feels important or challenging right now, supporting you to better understand any feelings or thoughts that might seem messy or muddled. By offering empathy, compassion and a non-judgmental ear, my hope is that together we will create a dynamic that feels safe and supportive.

My Experience
I have experience of working with varying needs from managing career or relationship changes, to exploring identity and sexuality, along with supporting those managing the impact of trauma.
Alongside my private practice I currently work with a charity in South London specialising in trauma work relating to sexual violence.

Why Therapy?
Sessions are tailored to what you want or need. Some of us come to therapy to discuss a specific issue or relationship, others come with more general concerns or anxieties. Whatever your reason for starting therapy, the hope is that by talking with a compassionate and empathetic other, we can come to understand ourselves and our thoughts and feelings more clearly. Therapy can help elevate awareness and insight.
