About me
Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. I am a qualified and experienced adult and young person’s counsellor. I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space where I aim to raise your self-awareness and facilitate change and improvements in your life. During your therapy, I may incorporate techniques from different modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, and Neuroscience models. The therapy is always tailored and centred around you, and we work at your pace.
I help people manage anxiety, relieve stress, and motivate them out of depression and other challenges, including panic attacks, trauma, family issues, attachment disorder, suicidal ideation, bereavement, low self-esteem, and many more. I also have special interest in Autism and Neurodiversity.
I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation for you to ask any questions, and to discuss what has brought you to seek help. Following your initial consultation, if you choose to continue, I suggest a minimum of 6 weekly sessions. This gives the counselling process time to develop and thereafter the sessions are open-ended, according to your needs.

- Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
- Member of the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP)
As a member of the BACP I follow their Ethical Framework for the Counselling professions.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
