Val Boulton MBACP( Snr Acc.), Qualified Supervisor.
I recognise that only the individual knows what is hurting or troubling them, advice and being told how to fix problems, may not seem helpful when there is pain and upset. Talking with family, friends and colleagues may even make matters worse.
I believe that talking problems through with a qualified counsellor, in a professional, warm , safe environment could be the answer for you. Your dearest wish maybe to seek support and understanding.
I aim to provide such an environment, in which you will hopefully feel listened too, heard and understood. Given the right atmosphere and support, you may make sense of your pain, gain confidence to make changes and take control of your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
