Do you feel like your thoughts are tangled up and you're not sure how to make sense of them? I can help with that. I help people untangle tricky thoughts and feelings so that life feels more manageable.
Hi, I'm Louise. I offer relationship counselling and couples therapy for partners who feel stuck in conflict, distance or repeated patterns that leave them feeling unheard or disconnected.
I also support individuals who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, attachment difficulties or painful relationship dynamics - whether in romantic relationships, family & friendships, or workplace connections.
I offer a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or pushed. We'll go at your pace. If practical tools might help I can bring those in, and if you mainly need someone who listens properly, I'm here for that too. I'm honest and kind, and I'll ask questions that help us get to the heart of things without overwhelming you.
If you're struggling, we can work through it together. You don't need to have the right words or a clear starting point, that's what I'm here for. I offer online and in person counselling and a free 20 minute chat so you can see if you feel comfortable with me before booking anything. I work with adults, young people (15+) and couples, and welcome clients from all backgrounds including LGBTQ+
