Tracy Reynolds MBACP
Welcome to my profile page. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, with 17 years' experience. I work with an integrated approach incorporating the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Coach-Therapy. I have gained my experience while working within Mental Health Services, GPs Surgeries and with Local Authorities. I have covered many areas, these include working with feelings of anxiety, depression and low confidence. I am also experienced at working with young people in schools and youth centres.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am fully insured, and my practice is monitored through regular and ongoing supervision. I offer day time, evening and weekend appointments.
I provide a confidential service, in a comfortable environment. I will offer you the time to talk, at your own pace without judging you. We will work together with the aim of building a trusted working relationship. It is within this environment that you can feel free to work through the areas of your life that may feel unsettling or you want to change. Please contact me to book an appointment or if you require any further information.
