About me

Taking the first step to find a therapist is a brave choice. I believe therapy is a pure act of self care.

In my 27 years within the NHS, I have supported individuals across the full spectrum of adulthood, from those navigating the unique pressures of early adulthood to those facing the complexities of later life. I understand that whether you are 18 or 65, life can bring a heavy mix of challenges, from managing anxiety and depression to navigating the profound pain of bereavement or relationship breakdowns.

I am a BABCP-accredited therapist specialising in CBT and EMDR, which means our work together will be evidence-based and tailored to your specific stage of life.

For Young Adults: I provide a supportive space to process the "new" anxieties of independence, academic pressure, and identity.

For Adults: I offer deep clinical expertise in resolving long-standing trauma or common mental health problems such as anxiety or depression that create "stuck" patterns that may be affecting your personal or professional well-being.

My decades of experience allow me to meet you where you are, offering a mature, safe, and professional environment to help you move toward the life you want to lead.
