About me
Hi, I'm Tracey, thank you for visiting my profile page.
I'm a warm, compassionate therapist with extensive experience supporting people navigate their lives. As a Specialist Couples Therapist, Integrative Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, I offer a gentle, down-to-earth space where you can bring whatever’s on your mind, free from any judgement. But what about you?
Are you a couple struggling in your relationship, would you like things to be better but just not sure how? Maybe you are tired of arguing and feeling like nothing is changing, but your relationship really matters to you and you'd like it to work better and feel like a team again.
Maybe you are an individual and life keeps throwing challenges at you. You could be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, feeling down and don’t know why, grieving or just feeling a bit stuck? I get it, we can all feel these things and sometimes there’s no obvious reason, and sometimes in life it’s just unavoidable. Exploring what’s going on for you and how these feelings are affecting your day to day life can really help set you on a different path.
Or, are you a young person finding the challenges you face a lot to cope with? So many expectations and demands on you and all while trying to figure out who you are and where you fit in the world. It can all just feel too much and nobody really understands what’s going on for you. I am here and ready to listen and make sense of how you feel.
If anything here resonates with you, then I would love to help. Together we can look at what is going on for you, give you the space and time to explore how you are feeling and maybe in just doing that you will feel lighter and more in control. I offer a kind, non-judgemental listening ear and have extensive training and experience in many different therapy styles that I can use and adapt to help set you on a path to really process what is going on for you, either individually or in your relationship.
I truly believe that therapy is multi-faceted, it's not a one size fits all approach in my practice. As human beings we all need different things at different times, we are all individual and I approach my work with that idea being front and centre with all my clients. This enables me to tailor the way we work together to give you the best possible outcome and move forward feeling more empowered and in control of your future.
Becoming a therapist was the result of my own experiences and challenges in life. Those challenges led me to seek help and that help changed my life. This gave me the passion and understanding to want to help others and make a difference to their lives and I bring that passion and care to my practice and to each and every client I work with.
