About me
Are you feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious — or simply wondering why life feels harder than it should?
Many of us reach a point where old ways of coping no longer work, relationships feel strained, or life starts to lose its meaning. It can be exhausting trying to figure it all out alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening — and begin moving towards the life you want. Taking this first step is an act of courage. If you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside

How I Work
I offer a calm, supportive space where we explore not just the difficulties you’re facing, but the patterns beneath them — so you can understand yourself more deeply and move towards greater clarity and wellbeing.
My approach blends:
• Existential & humanistic therapy — exploring what gives life meaning for you
• Gestalt therapy — helping you connect to the present moment and how you experience the world
• Evolutionary behavioural insights — understanding how our innate wiring can affect relationships, stress, and emotional responses
Each session is tailored to your needs. Some may feel reflective; others may offer practical tools to help you move forward.
We’ll work at your pace — towards not only easing distress but creating lasting, positive change.

About Me
I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), trained to Level 5 in Therapeutic Counselling and currently studying Level 6.
Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked in addiction services and group therapy, supporting a wide range of individuals through challenging life circumstances.
I am particularly interested in how philosophy and behavioural science can support emotional healing — helping you make sense of your experience and build resilience for what lies ahead.

What Next?
I offer a free introductory call — a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, and whether this feels like the right fit for you.
You don’t need to have all the answers to start therapy — just the curiosity to explore what’s possible. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be glad to hear from you.
