About me

"New Year, New You!
Are you ready to let go of the struggles that keep holding you back? Or perhaps it's time to break free from limiting beliefs and step into the best version of yourself. Let this be the year you take charge of your growth and unlock your true potential.

I am dedicated and passionate about helping individuals and groups navigate life's challenges and uncover their potential for personal growth and fulfilment. The exploration of purpose and meaning through the prism of connection and how we relate to others allows us tremendous insight into ourselves and helps shape the therapeutic relationship between us.

My approach is rooted in existentialism, philosophical inquiry, and evolution-based behavioural science, blending therapeutic modalities with a cutting-edge understanding of human nature. Together, we explore the deeper meanings behind your experiences and develop practical strategies to foster resilience, purpose, and motivation.

Approach to Therapy

Existential Exploration:

Dive into the big questions: What gives your life meaning? How do you face uncertainty, loss, or change?

Explore the themes of freedom, responsibility, and authenticity to reconnect with your core values and identity.

Philosophical Concepts:

Use philosophical frameworks to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and cultivate self-awareness.

Draw insights from thinkers like Nietzsche, Kierkegaard, and Socrates to illuminate pathways to growth and transformation.

Evolution-Based Behavioural Exploration:

Understand how our evolutionary history shapes emotions, relationships, and behaviours.
Address anxiety, motivation, and decision-making through the lens of adaptive strategies and personal goals.

Areas of interest:

  • Navigating life transitions (career changes, relationships, identity shifts)
  • Addressing existential meaning, including fear of failure, purpose, or mortality
  • Overcoming anxiety, burnout, and lack of motivation
  • Enhancing self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making

Therapeutic Style:

I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I aim to make our sessions dynamic, balancing deep reflection with actionable strategies. Together, we’ll work to transform challenges into opportunities for growth, helping you lead a life of greater clarity.

Who I Work With:

I enjoy helping groups and individuals seek deeper understanding and meaning in life. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about what’s next, I am here to consider and question this with you.
