About me
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply not like yourself anymore?
Life can become exhausting when you’re carrying stress, struggling in your relationships, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you. You may know something needs to change but have no idea where to begin.
Therapy offers a space to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and discover a different way forward.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship, family therapy and difficulties, addiction, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental environment where lasting change can begin.
How I Work
No two people are the same, which is why I believe therapy should never follow a script.
I work collaboratively with you, helping you understand not just what you’re experiencing, but why. Together we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs and emotional responses that may have developed over many years and are quietly influencing your life today.
My approach combines the depth of Gestalt psychotherapy with modern psychological understanding, helping you become more aware of yourself, your relationships and the choices available to you.
Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels both supportive and thought-provoking. I won’t simply sit and nod—I will help you gain meaningful insight whilst ensuring you always feel respected, understood and empowered throughout the process.
The goal isn’t simply to cope better.
It’s to help you build a life that feels calmer, more connected and more authentically yours.

About Me
I am an Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) with specialist training in Gestalt psychotherapy, relationship counselling, addiction and trauma.
Alongside private practice, I have many years’ experience supporting individuals and groups through significant life challenges. My work has given me a deep appreciation of the resilience people possess, even when they can’t yet see it themselves.
I’m passionate about helping people develop greater self-awareness, improve their relationships, and create lasting change—not through quick fixes, but by understanding themselves at a much deeper level.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation built on trust, honesty and collaboration. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight and gentle challenge as you move towards the life you want to live.
Taking the First Step
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face things alone.
I offer a free introductory call where we can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we’re the right fit for one another.
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the process, and I want you to feel comfortable making that decision.
If you’re ready to take the first step towards positive change, I’d be delighted to hear from you.

Further information
Family therapy recognises that family systems can become trapped in repeating patterns of behaviour and communication, which often lead to increasing conflict, confrontation, and ultimately family breakdown. These stuck dynamics make change difficult without outside support. I am developing a model aimed at helping families break free from these cycles by fostering deeper understanding and growth within the system.
