About me

Are you tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns?

Taking the first step into therapy is a brave move, but it often comes when you’re at your limit—feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or simply "off-track."

I provide a space in Totnes where we can stop the noise and figure out what’s actually going on. My approach isn't about clinical labels; it’s about a real, transparent relationship where you can be exactly who you are, without judgment.

How I work: I blend deep, analytical thinking with a creative, down-to-earth style. Whether we are unpicking old habits or finding new ways to handle current stress, my goal is to help you feel more in control of your own life.

I work with young people, adults, and couples, and I’m known for being gently challenging—because real change usually requires a bit of both "safe space" and honest conversation.

The First Step: I offer a free initial session because the "fit" between us is the most important part of the work. No pressure, just a chance to see if we click.

I look forward to hearing from you.
