About me
I believe we all have the capacity to reach our potential and to thrive. What we need is the right conditions to enable us to feel safe enough to explore what it is that is holding us back. Through an integrative approach I work with you to create a secure environment for you to address your challenges and concerns.
I am also a qualified supervisor and really enjoy working with counsellors to provide an opportunity to explore their client work and to support with continued personal and professional development.
Using a relationally integrative approach reflects the complexity of human beings and human relationships. Each client will be unique and will need the therapeutic relationship, built within a safe and secure environment, to meet their specific needs, so I draw on a range of approaches, based primarily within a person-centred way of being.
