About me
Integrative Counsellor | Trauma-Informed Therapy
Gateshead, Tyne & Wear & Online (UK)
Enhanced DBS
I am an integrative counsellor offering in-person counselling in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear and online therapy across the UK for adults, young people (16+) and couples.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and emotional overwhelm. My approach combines person-centred counselling, CBT-informed strategies, psychodynamic insight and relational therapy, allowing us to explore both present challenges and underlying patterns.
I offer a grounded, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to talk openly at your own pace.
