About us

Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic was created when two experienced associates within the Healthcare Industry decided to create a clinic that supported individuals with their mental health needs. Passionate about ensuring that individuals had the standard of professional support required to better themselves, Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic (TLC) was formed.

By providing a safe space to open up, they are confident that with their Psychotherapists, Counsellors and other healthcare professionals they can start you on the journey to creating a better you. TLC offers therapy in their newly refurbished clinic in Chesterfield, or via telephone or secure video link.
