About us

The Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic was created when two experienced associates within the Healthcare Industry decided to create a clinic that supported individuals with their mental health needs. Passionate about ensuring that individuals had the standard of professional support required to better themselves, Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic (TLC) was formed.

The founders identified that the hardest decisions people need to make, are to address the things which often aren’t spoken about. By providing a safe facility to do this, they are confident that with their Psychotherapists, Counsellors and other healthcare professionals they can start you on the journey to creating a better you.
