About us
Join us for a good conversation with a qualified person. In a world which can sometimes be challenging, frightening, overwhelming, complex and seriously hard to navigate, it’s not surprising that sometimes we don’t feel ok.
Whether you’re struggling, feeling a bit ‘meh’ or wanting to pro-actively work on your mental health — we’re here.
We’re open 7 days a week, 7:30am – 9:30pm with over 65 therapists to choose from.
We don’t have a waiting list.
There’s no long and faffy assessment process.
Just straightforward therapy in a way that suits you.
We’ve got you.
-We launched the world's first on-demand mental health service on the High Street. We have three face to face locations: London Shoreditch, London Borough and Manchester but all of our therapists work virtually too. Our mission is to positively change the culture around mental health by actively supporting committed individuals and companies to reach their full potential.-
Training, qualifications & experience
All practitioners are registered with the HCPC, BACP or UKCP. Practitioners will also be registered with their relevant professional body such as the British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth).
We have a range of exceptional practitioners with various skills and expertise.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
