Sex and relationships are the most universal parts of being human yet the least understood. For far too long society has pushed this education into the dark making the sex and relationship challenges we experience seem impossible to work through alone!
You don't have to hold all this yourself! As a trauma-aware Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and Somatic Sexologist it would be an honour to guide you through this. Together we will bring sexuality and relationships out of the shadows and back into the light. This awareness will bring truth to the situation you're in and I will support you in creating the sex life and relationship you desire.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained for 5 years with NAOS, qualifying in 2019 as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and Advanced Couples Therapist. Since then, I have had a private practice, working online and in-person with couples, individuals, and groups.
I then went on to complete 2 years certifying as a Somatic Sexologist and Intimacy Coach with The Relational Harmony Institute. This additional training makes my approach very unique, holistic, and thorough. I'm proud to be able to give my clients this quality of service with an extensive toolbox to support their current situation.

Concession rates:
I make a few low-cost spots available in my practice each year for:
- Individuals that earn less than £25K p.a.
- Couples that earn less than £40K p.a
