About me
Adaptive Steps Counselling is an independent Counselling Practice in Shepshed, Leicestershire, providing counselling to children and young people. Every Child and Young Person is different, so I provide a gentle, safe space that adapts to them - whether that means exploring 'big feelings' through creative play and drawing for younger ones, or offering a calm, trusted place for teenagers to feel truly heard. My focus is on helping your child understand their own inner world, building the resilience and confidence they need to feel more settled and like themselves again.
