About me

I’m a compassionate and experienced BACP-registered integrative therapist, here to support you on your journey toward greater well-being. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or stress, I’m here to listen and help you navigate through it. I offer a safe and welcoming space for children (from age 8), young people, adults, families, and couples, with the option of online sessions as well as in-person appointments.

While I specialize in working with relationship issues and eating disorders, I also work with a variety of other concerns such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and trauma. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to provide guidance and support. Together, we can explore therapeutic approaches that best fit your needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

With extensive experience as a psychotherapist, I have worked across clinical, charity, and NHS settings, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling, with specializations in psychodynamic and person-centered therapies.

My career began in a hospital setting within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), where I provided therapeutic support for young clients facing anxiety, trauma, eating and behavioral challenges. I have since worked extensively with adults and couples, supporting them through relationship difficulties, communication breakdowns, and family dynamics.

Using an integrative therapy model, I aim to foster a safe, empathetic space where clients can navigate complex emotional challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
