About me

16+ I offer a safe, non judgmental experience for CBT and CBT informed therapy, tailored to you, and not the other way around. I use humour, am authentic and invite you to be your authentic self too. I am an advocate for the Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, which often cross streams. Inclusion and belonging are at the heart of my work. I have a passion for helping people identify, understand and accept their neurodivergence (ADHD, AuDHD, ASD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia) in a balanced light, not the deficits-based narrative we are used to. We learn, empower and grow.

Note: not a diagnostic service.

I work with low mood/depression, low self esteem, anxiety, including agoraphobia, panic, worry, OCD, social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety,PTSD, and the longer-term impacts of trauma on the self. PTSD and trauma may include events such as childhood abuse in any form, assault, vicarious trauma, motor accidents, serious accidents or injuries, and much more.

Even if you aren't sure what started your troubles or what is stopping you from feeling better, get in touch. Let me help you find out.
