Supervision details
I provide compassionate CBT supervision (online) that supports colleagues whether just starting out as a trainee, or an experienced therapist, to build confidence in their therapy. Sessions are warm, safe, and non-judgemental, designed for gentle reflection, learning, or debriefing after challenging work, as well as for ongoing supervision needs.
I am particularly passionate about supporting students who may need extra support in their training, for whatever reason, and may be fearful of not knowing enough, be self conscious about their practice and struggling with loss of confidence.
Using clinical frameworks as a guide, not a rigid proforma, we can work through case formulations, clinical decision-making, and supervision goals in a way that supports both professional development and fulfilment. Whatever your background or experience, there is always something to learn and process together.
