About me

As an Integrative Counsellor, I specialise in client-centred therapy to help you manage emotions, make informed choices, and overcome life's hurdles. My goal is to reduce suffering, enhance connectivity, and increase fulfilment. I'm committed to helping you articulate your deepest wishes and conquer life's challenges, providing support at every step. Our joint efforts will focus on improving your overall well-being for a purposeful and joyful life.

I work with individuals from various backgrounds on emotional, relational, and mental health issues. By blending diverse therapeutic techniques, we can set and achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. My approach is designed to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs that impede your happiness.

If you're grappling with relationship problems, trauma, depression, or anxiety, I'm here to assist. Together, we can foster self-acceptance and self-esteem and find meaningful purpose.

With my experience in HR, focusing on diversity and inclusion, I understand workplace challenges. We'll work on effective coping strategies and career advancement. Let me guide you if you're seeking career coaching or struggling with work-life balance, team management, or career uncertainty. My one-on-one mindful coaching sessions are tailored to support your personal and professional development, whether aspiring for leadership, adjusting to new responsibilities, or seeking a change to prevent burnout.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
