About me

I am a Client Centred integrative counsellor who can help you manage your feelings, make better choices, and remove the barriers to your purpose and aspirations. Counselling can help ease your suffering and increase your capacity for better connection and fulfilment.

My goal as your counsellor is to help you express what you truly want and manage the obstacles that block you, I will accompany you on your journey, and to offer support and encouragement along the way. We will work together to promote your general well-being, since you are allowed to live a life with purpose and joy.

I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds dealing with emotional difficulties, relationship problems and various mental health conditions. I integrate different therapeutic modalities in order to achieve short-term and long-term goals, helping you recognise and become aware of the restrictive belief systems that are hindering you from achieving joy and happiness.

If you are facing relationship concerns, the aftermaths of trauma, depression, or anxiety, please reach out; you can feel better and accomplish a greater degree of self-acceptance, self-esteem, and discover your purpose and meaning in life.

As a human resources practitioner with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, I understand the pressures of work-related issues; we can work together to find coping mechanisms and also coach you on any career developmental needs.

As my coaching client you might be stressed and finding it difficult to juggle the demands of the workplace, managing people, reaching targets, as well as home and family life and community obligations. Do you find yourself questioning your career? Do you feel you are not being heard by those around you? Maybe you are feeling anxious or just stuck? Many of us are just about getting through the day, trying to live up to how our lives 'should' be. Yet you deserve to be bursting with enthusiasm daily! Let me help you find the clarity and direction to create the life you want to live.

As my career coaching client, you are someone in an important and influential position, with the aspiration of wanting to develop personally and professionally in order to reach your full potential - and to also inspire the same from those around you. Whether you have ambitions for leadership, new to a position of influence, or understand things must transform before you burn out – I am here to help. I provide mindful coaching, through one-on-one consultations (in person or via skype).

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
