About me
Empathy, Understanding, and Practical Support for Your Well-Being
I’m a qualified, experienced counsellor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach is warm and empathetic, with a focus on building trust and creating a safe space for you to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and develop the practical strategies for moving forward.
Whatever brings you to counselling, I’m here to offer you support and kindness. I understand that sometimes it can be difficult to talk to friends or partners about certain issues, especially if they are sensitive or personal. If you’ve never spoken to anyone about what you’re going through, or if you simply need a confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I’m here to listen without judgment. In our sessions, you can feel free to share at a pace that is comfortable for you, knowing that you have a supportive, unbiased space to express yourself openly and honestly.
My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.
Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative approach, combining humanistic therapies including person centred, Gestalt, existential, with creative and mindfulness techniques, tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to help you develop resilience, clarity, and practical tools to move forward with confidence.
Therapy Session Details and Location
I offer both short and long term therapy, both in-person and online.
In-person sessions are offered at my consulting room in Forest Row, designed for privacy and comfort, which provides ample off-street parking.
Do get in touch

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
