About me

My training is in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, which means I draw on theories that link our past experiences with how we are in the present but also work very much in the moment, supporting you through your current situation whilst building and strengthening your own ability to be healthy in yourself and your relationships.

I offer you a safe, confidential space to explore, accept and heal. I value individuality, honesty, integrity, finding your own way, connection, and relationship. I believe that by choosing to talk to a therapist, you have taken the first step toward empowering yourself to find answers, and towards creating movement and change in your life. I will guide and support you throughout this process.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Psychotherapist (MA Dip HIP) working in Bath and Frome, having completed my training at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I established my psychotherapy practice seven years ago, and I am UKCP registered.

I work with individuals and couples, and hold a Certificate in Couples Therapy.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
