About me
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to face things alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply in need of someone to listen. I work alongside you to explore your experiences, helping you gain clarity, build understanding, and move towards a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
I offer sessions online, over the phone, or through walk-and-talk therapy, allowing you to choose what feels most comfortable and natural for you.
Alongside counselling, I also provide emotional wellbeing support for young people. This offers a gentle, accessible introduction to understanding mental health, including topics such as anxiety, anger, and emotional regulation, with practical tools to help them cope and feel more in control.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 6 BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling, alongside a Level 4 and Level 5 Foundation Degree in Counselling. I qualified in June 2022 and have since built experience working consistently within the field.
I have supported both adults and young people across a range of settings, including schools, charities, and in private practice. My work includes supporting clients who may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or the impact of past or present experiences of abuse, offering a safe and supportive space to begin to process and make sense of these experiences.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is client-led, meaning I work alongside you in a way that feels comfortable and supportive, helping you make sense of your experiences and move towards positive change.
Sessions are available online, by phone, or through walk-and-talk therapy, which can be a helpful alternative if you feel more comfortable being outdoors.
I work with both adults and young people, adapting my approach depending on individual needs. When working with young people, I focus on emotional wellbeing and provide age-appropriate support to help them understand and manage feelings such as anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem.
I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and able to be yourself. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, so I offer a gentle and collaborative approach to help you feel at ease.
