Rebuilding Connection, Improving Communication, Creating Lasting Change
Are you and your partner arguing more than talking? Feeling disconnected, stuck in the same cycles, or struggling to move forward after trust has been damaged?
Perhaps you're facing challenges around communication, intimacy, conflict, parenting, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences on your relationship.
As a qualified Relationship and Couples Counsellor, I help couples understand what's happening beneath the surface of their difficulties and work towards healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
I also support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and significant life changes.

My Approach
I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life and relationships.
My work is trauma-informed, inclusive, and tailored to your individual needs. Rather than offering quick fixes, I help you gain deeper understanding, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience working with neurodiverse clients and provide an affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
Whether you're attending alone or with a partner, therapy offers an opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported while exploring new ways forward.
Qualifications & Experience
Level 5 Diploma in Relationship and Couples Counselling
Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy
Trauma-informed practitioner
Group facilitator
Member of the BACP
Professional Associate of COSRT
Prior to working in private practice, I worked within a Children's Centre and as a foster parent, giving me valuable insight into family dynamics, attachment, parenting challenges, and the care system.
Today I work exclusively in private practice, supporting adults, couples, parents, and families from my counselling rooms in West Malling, Kent, and Soho, London, as well as online across the UK and Europe.
Taking the First Step
Starting counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
If you're looking for support with your relationship, struggling with anxiety or trauma, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I invite you to get in touch for an initial conversation to see whether we're the right fit to work together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
