I offer professional, compassionate counselling and psychotherapy for adults who are struggling with life’s emotional, psychological, or systemic challenges.
Whether you are living with anxiety, trauma, long-term health conditions, neurodivergence, or simply feeling overwhelmed, counselling can provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you — at your own pace and in your own way
My main areas of focus and experience are Long Term Health Conditions, disability, neurodivergence, neurological health conditions and injuries, carer's and parent of people with health conditions and/or disabilities, trauma and grief.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
