About me
The human experience can be tough. I work with individuals that may feel misaligned with their environment, trying to fit into a world that doesn’t work for them.
My goal is to support you to overcome life's challenges, and create a world that suits you. I provide a space where you are truly seen, heard, and can express your story authentically without judgement.
My interests include working with: Diversity, identity, creativity, menstrual cycle, immigrants/descent of immigrants and relationships. I have experience working with Neuro-divergence.
I often work with moods, anxiety, depression and habits of behaviour.
As an integrative practitioner, I tailor my approach to fit your needs. Our work focuses on storytelling, helping you express your story in a way that feels right for you. I have training in coaching and may include solution focused elements to help you reach your goal.
In addition to my counselling practice, I run creative arts based workshops, talks, and have experience in dance and movement and energy work.
I have a background in anthropological film making, and running community businesses. I run my own wellbeing practice supporting holistic and complimentary therapies.
I am currently working with the Psychosynthesis trust, encompassing their Transpersonal values. I have an interest in Carl Jung's work with the shadow and the collective unconscious.
Our sessions will be weekly online, face to face (From The Twelfth House in Walthamstow) or walk and talk (either Epping Forest or Queens Wood)
I offer open-ended long-term session or short-term solution-focused 12-week session blocks.
If you are thinking about starting or restarting therapy and would like to know more about how we can work together, please contact me for a free phone-call.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
