About me

If you are looking for a qualified CBT and EMDR therapist, I offer online therapy via video link or face to face in Ipswich. Other areas in Suffolk and north Essex can be arranged.

If you are an adult experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, phobias, panic attacks, health anxiety and other common mental health difficulties, I have the knowledge, expertise and experience to help.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified and accredited CBT therapist. I trained with UEA in 2019 and have worked full time as a therapist since. In 2025 I completed additional training in EMDR to enhance my ability to support people experiencing trauma and PTSD. I am a qualified EMDR therapist.

I also have a psychology degree and have worked as a teacher and family support worker, all of which add to my skill set of working with and supporting people to achieve their goals.

I can offer you an approach including  mindfulness, compassion focussed therapy (CFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) strategies used in combination with CBT, evidence based, protocols.

You may work best with a down to earth therapist who has a wealth of life and professional experiences that they can lean on to work collaboratively with to provide you with a bespoke support package to suit you as a unique individual.

You may prefer to work on the telephone or online, where I can offer you sessions on Google meets. If you prefer to work face to face, I currently rent a room close to Ipswich waterfront where we have a private comfortable space.
