About me

About me

Hello, I’m Dr Sonia Pace, Clinical Psychologist.

Throughout life we can face challenges, this can be significant life events but also day to day demands can affect how you feel, how you manage work and home life and impact on relationships. Psychological therapy helps develop an understanding of you, to guide and support making useful changes.

I work with you each step of the way creating a supportive environment that enables self-discovery, understanding and growth. It is important to me that therapy is a helpful experience and so my style is collaborative and transparent, we will identify clear aims and work together towards achieving goals.
