About me
My name is Solana Murray, and I am a young and enthusiastic advocate of mental health. We all face difficulties, big or small. Having a place to offload and explore your inner world, is exactly what I aim to offer.
I offer psychotherapy, which is long term, one to one talking therapy. I offer this to adults, adolescents and children-allowing the opportunity for all ages to have the avenue for support if needed.
Training, qualifications & experience
I officially graduated from doing Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Adults in early 2023 and then did further speciality training to work with children and adolescents. I have worked in multiple charities, two of which offered speciality work with BAME (Black Asian Minority Ethnic) and sexual assault and rape.
I am aware of the multitude of difficulties individuals face. This is why I offer a wide range of support, such as self-esteem, relationships, trauma, eco-anxiety, or stress, to name a few. I also offer a safe space for exploring past experiences, inner selves, family dynamics, thoughts, and behaviours.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss what you are struggling with and together we can decide if this is the right fit for you.
