About me
I believe psychotherapy is not merely a tool for crisis, but a proactive path toward expanding self-understanding.
It offers a dedicated space to dismantle the limiting definitions of ourselves shaped by the past and get to know our true self.
I am Sofia, and I am an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and Certified Psychotherapist with 8 years of experience in the field.
My clinical approach is grounded in systemic family psychotherapy, centered on how our relationships profoundly shape our mental health and overall well-being.
I offer a trauma-informed space utilizing EMDR to help individuals work through complex trauma, anxiety, and deep-seated relational wounds.
Driven by a commitment to clinical excellence, I continuously expand my expertise through ongoing training in neuroscience, traumatology, and attachment theory.
Through certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I guide couples to repair attachment ruptures, rebuild emotional safety, and restore lasting intimacy.
