About me

Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, the impact of trauma, finding it difficult to understand yourself and others, or feeling like you don’t quite fit in, my approach offers compassionate exploration and the possibility of change.

I work with people from law, finance, technology, the arts, media, and creative industries. My clients include established professionals, those questioning their career path, and young professionals finding their place. I also work with those who have experienced demanding environments at university, boarding schools and independent schools.

I am an integrative, evidence-based psychotherapist, with experience in both the NHS and private practice. I take time to understand how your past experiences may be shaping your feelings, behaviours, relationships, the way you move through your personal and professional life. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, steady, and supportive, transforming patterns that no longer serve you.

My practice is grounded in humanistic counselling psychology, valuing respect, autonomy, empowerment, and the therapeutic relationship. I take a holistic, inclusive, evidence-based approach, informed by contemporary research and my doctoral training (PsychD). I work integratively, tailoring therapy to each client rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Further information

I’m always grateful for the feedback I receive from my clients:

Ms SA

‘Having struggled with depression and anxiety since I was young Siv has really helped me get to the root of the causes enabling me to navigate day to day life much more smoothly. I have tried many different therapies and therapists previously having varying successes, however this is the first real time that I have felt I am making a breakthrough. Siv never leads my thoughts nor is any issue too small, I couldn’t recommend her more.’

Ms BE

‘I had been out of therapy for almost a decade before I began working with Siv - and am so glad I built up the courage to come back. Her support has helped me feel more confident in work and life, and added to a much greater depth of understanding and self awareness.’

Ms TA

“Working with Siv has truly changed my life. I came to her struggling with binge eating and feeling overwhelmed by my ADHD, and through her compassionate, thoughtful use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I've made real progress I didn’t think was possible. She helped me understand the underlying patterns of my eating disorder, and gave me practical tools to manage cravings, emotional triggers, and negative self-talk. She also supported me in creating routines and strategies tailored to my ADHD, which helped me feel more in control and less scattered. Siv is warm, nonjudgmental, and truly listens, I always felt safe and understood in our sessions. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for real, evidence-based support.”
