About me

I provide a welcoming environment where you will be heard, held, and understood. As an integrative therapist, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach so I will blend techniques from a diverse range of therapies to tailor our sessions specifically to you. We will collaboratively design a way of working that fits your goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Our therapeutic work is a shared process designed to foster your autonomy, helping you make meaningful decisions about your life. Whether you are navigating questions about your past, present, or future, this is a non-judgmental, empathetic place to explore them.

I work extensively with clients who are neurodivergent or exploring whether this is part of their identity. I offer a supportive, validating space to understand and embrace your mind in all its forms—whether that involves ADHD, autism, or other unique ways of experiencing the world. Together, we will explore how you process information, finding practical strategies to reduce overwhelm, manage daily life, and build confidence in your own ways of being.

I see you as a whole person with nuanced experiences. I am deeply committed to working contextually, honouring your personal, cultural, and socio-economic background. I practice with cultural humility; if there are parts of your lived experience I am less familiar with, I am dedicated to listening, learning, and seeking clarity to best support you.

Deciding to start therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it is your first time. You don’t need to have everything figured out before our first session, or even know exactly what you want to talk about yet. To help you see if we are a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. My practice is entirely client-led, and I offer both weekly and fortnightly sessions to suit your life. Whenever you are ready, please get in touch.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
