About me
At Sunflower Counselling Services, we believe in creating a compassionate and safe space for you to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and begin your journey toward healing. Based in Thame, Oxfordshire, I offer integrative counselling services for both children (12+) and adults.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a life transition, I provide a personalised approach using a combination of therapies that best suit your individual needs.
I have ADHD and I know first hand how confusing that can all be, but accepting who I am and knowing how it all fits into a world that can be like putting a square peg into a round hole. It can be overcome.
I am here to support you with empathy, respect, and professionalism, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy. I am passionate about helping you reconnect with your inner strength and navigate life's challenges at your own pace.
I can also work with new mums with newborn infant feeding if you need support through what can be a difficult time.
I am also trained in Sleep Therapy if you suffer from Insomnia or have trouble sleeping.
I am a member of the NCPS and work within their ethical framework.
I take a very individual approach to your concerns and therapeutic goals. The methods I use are based on the latest scientific findings and are adapted to your needs in order to provide you with the best possible support in your development process.
I can support those who are Neurodiverse and have a great understanding of how that feels.
