About me
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves-heard, understood and accepted without judgement. I offer a warm, relational and containing space where you can slow down, explore your inner world, and make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we create a relationship where difficult emotions can be held with care, explored with curiosity and over time, become more manageable and meaningful.
With over six years of clinical experience, my practice is integrative, rooted primarily in relational and psychodynamic psychotherapy, while drawing on somatic awareness and creative approaches where they enrich the therapeutic process. Alongside listening to your journey, I pay close attention to what is communicated through the body, recognising that our bodies often hold experiences that words alone cannot express. Together, we gently explore the patterns, relationships and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others, creating space for insight, self-compassion and lasting change.
My work has also been enriched through training in Transactional analysis (TA 101) & Psychodrama. I value the depth that longer-term psychotherapy can offer and believe that meaningful change unfolds through a consistent and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Having trained and practiced in India before establishing my practice in the UK, I Bring a deep appreciation of diversity and the cultural contexts that shape our identities. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and remain mindful of how culture, family, migration, belonging and difference influence our emotional lives. I believe healing is not about becoming someone different, but about finding the freedom to come more fully yourself.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
