About me
I currently have limited availability but please do get in touch.
I aim to provide you with a safe, caring and professional atmosphere where you can explore your struggles at your own pace and depth. I am a well travelled and life experienced integrative counsellor which means I believe in tapping into various approaches, founded upon my deep experience of what life expects of us. I use person centred work as a core philosophy which is essentially where you are assisted in moving forward to achieve your therapy goals governed by your own understanding and needs in each session. This means no agenda, no pressure on you, just a secure, warm and respectful environment to explore your thoughts and feelings whatever the circumstances bringing you into therapy.
I am experienced in dealing with depression, anxiety and stress and can assist you to explore deeper experiences that may be contributing to your struggles. My aim is to create a warm working relationship to help you maximise your success for repair, improved wellbeing and mindfulness in this hectic world.
My practice operates from a private, peaceful room in Wells, 10 minutes walk from the Marketplace.
Please feel free to contact me via text, phone, email and we can discuss your needs and arrange your free initial session. I will get back to you within 24 hours. Your initial session is there to see if you would be comfortable working with me.
I am here to hear.
