About me
We are all vulnerable at times and may feel lost, confused, or stuck. Perhaps life has brought unexpected changes, a medical diagnosis, or a loss.
You are not alone.
You may be feeling low, anxious, angry and unsure why. Maybe you find it difficult to build relationships or feel understood. Perhaps you feel like you don’t fit in and never have.
My practice was born from a desire to bring positive change and improvement to people’s lives—and I have witnessed this transformation many times.
As a welcoming and curious individual I aim to work alongside you in a space where all cultures, ages, genders, sexual identities, and neurodiversity are embraced.
I am not the type of therapist who sits mute; during session I'll listen, clarify, ask questions, help you explore your options and different perspectives, sometimes experiment with different responses. I will notice and help you to become more aware of what is happening in your body, because after all we are one unit: mind and body. I sometimes offer simple awareness exercises to do with breath and movement. We may also work with creativity (imagery, drawing, role play) although there is never an obligation to do so if it doesn't resonate with you.
You’re welcome to reach out for an initial, no-obligation meeting to see if my services might be helpful to you. I look forward to hearing from you.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
The session fee is self-set, meaning you choose how much you pay, starting at £80 per session for individual therapy. I have a limited number of low-cost slots.
You are primarily paying for my work, not the format the sessions take place in, so I charge the same for remote and in-person sessions.
Further information
Over the years I had the opportunity to specialise in the support of neurodiverse individuals, and those exploring topics such as identity and sexuality; low self-esteem; trauma; relationship difficulties; mind-body symptoms such as medically unexplained pain, digestive issues, pelvic pain; pelvic health concerns.
