Nature allied psychotherapist

About me

Hello and welcome!

I'm a qualified integrative psychotherapist offering Nature Allied Psychotherapy in South London.

Why work in nature?
Nature has a quiet, steady presence that can help us feel more grounded, less anxious, and more connected — to ourselves and the world around us. Many people find that being outside brings a sense of relief they haven’t felt in a long time.

In nature-based therapy, we meet outdoors — in a park or woodland in South London — and nature becomes part of our work. As we walk, pause, or sit, we include the natural world in our conversations. It’s a gentle but powerful way to explore what’s going on in your life, especially if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of touch with yourself.

You don’t need any experience with nature or the outdoors. Just a bit of curiosity and a willingness to explore.

I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you — at your own pace, without judgment.

What to expect
We'll start with a phone call to talk through what brings you to therapy and whether this approach feels right for you.

If we decide to go ahead, we’ll agree on a location and meet for six weekly outdoor sessions, each lasting one hour. After that, we can decide whether to continue or bring the work to a close — it’s entirely up to you.

How I work
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and with the more-than-human world around us.

I draw on a range of approaches, including mindfulness, body-based awareness, and psychodynamic thinking. I also pay close attention to how your wider context — including culture, identity, and current world events — may shape your experience.

My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to bring whatever’s there — your questions, your pain, your hopes — and to explore it with care and compassion.

If you’re wondering whether nature-based therapy might be right for you, I’d be very happy to have a chat.
