About me

Hello, thank you for visiting my page! I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, based in London. I have 15 years experience of working within the NHS and 10 years experience of running a private practice. Currently, I work at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead and run my private practice in Angel, London.

I am committed to helping you reach your potential by providing high-quality therapy. I aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings and help you to manage and overcome whatever problem you are experiencing.

I have trained in various psychological treatment models and take an integrative approach. Some of the therapies that I draw from include narrative therapy, acceptance commitment therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Whilst traditional therapy often focuses on symptom management, narrative therapy framework offers a different approach by helping individuals reshape their stories about their identity, relationships and lives. We all have many stories about our lives, occurring simultaneously; we have stories about ourselves, abilities, relationships, work, interests, achievements, and failures. Often the dominant narrative is one of suffering and problems that people come to therapy with. These problem focused stories can overshadow the positive aspects of people’s lives. I believe people are privileged authors and have many skills, competencies, beliefs, values, commitments and abilities that will assist them to reduce the influence of problems. In therapy, my aim is to find these alternatives, often hidden and unheard stories. This shift can help people to see their personal strengths, resources and values, which allows people to reclaim agency and rewrite their lives in empowering ways. So tell me, what is your preferred story?
