About me
About Me
I am a fully qualified pluralistic and integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering in-person, online and telephone sessions. I provide flexible appointments, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, to fit around your life.
My approach draws on Humanistic Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, allowing me to tailor our work to your individual needs.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely and at your own pace.
How I Can Help
I work with adults and young people facing a range of challenges, including:
- Anxiety and depression
- Addiction
- Trauma (including sexual abuse, non-resent abuse, and sexual violence)
- Grief and loss
- Neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism)
I have a particular interest in working with trauma and addiction, and in understanding how early experiences can shape patterns in adulthood, relationships and self-worth.
I take a trauma-informed approach, recognising how both significant and more subtle experiences can impact how we feel, relate to others, and see ourselves.
My Approach
I believe therapy should be as individual as you are. Together, we will explore your experiences, make sense of difficult emotions or patterns, and support you in moving forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I work in a neurodivergent-affirming way, adapting sessions to suit your needs, pace and preferred way of processing. My practice is also LGBTQ+ affirmative, inclusive and culturally sensitive. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
Getting In Touch
Alongside my professional training, I have personally experienced the benefits of therapy and understand the courage it takes to reach out,
If you decided to get in touch, I will meet you with empathy, warmth and professionalism.
