About me

I am an integrative therapist working with both short term and open ended therapy. I can provide you with a compassionate and safe space to explore your situation in a supportive and confidential environment free from judgement.

I will help to guide you to solutions, new ways of thinking or just facilitate somewhere to explore your thoughts and feelings. I work integratively which means I adapt to work collaboratively with each of my clients based on individual needs and will draw on models of psychodynamic - exploring how our past experiences impact our everyday lives whether consciously or unconsciously. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - looking at challenging negative patterns with thoughts and behaviour, Transactional Analysis - exploring the patterns of how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us, with person centered being the core foundation of all sessions.  I offer support to work through emotional dysregulation, self abandonment, identity confusion, addiction, Depression and anxiety.

I have a particular interest in working with childhood trauma, emotional abuse, coercive control and narcissistic abuse and can help you navigate the confusing and painful aftermath of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. Together, we will work on reclaiming your identity, rebuilding your self-esteem, and establishing boundaries that protect your well-being. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, rediscover your true self, and build the resilience needed to move forward with empowerment With an approach that is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complex dynamics of these challenges. Unresolved childhood wounds can continue to affect your mental and emotional well-being into adulthood. I provide trauma-informed therapy that allows you to safely process these painful experiences and begin the healing process. Our work together will focus on releasing the hold that past trauma has on your present, empowering you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
