Hello - I’m Sean,
Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for deeper meaning, or navigating the complexities of relationships and emotions, I offer a dynamic, integrative approach to therapy that begins exactly where you are.
One of my key strengths as a therapist is establishing the cause of what’s happening. I help bring clarity to your inner world, understanding patterns, defences, and behaviours that shape your experience. From this place of awareness, you gain greater agency: the ability to move differently, to choose consciously, and to meet yourself with honesty and care.
At the heart of my approach is psychosynthesis and archetypal psychology, which embraces the full spectrum of being human - the conscious, the hidden, and the unknown. I'll help make sense of what feels tangled or uncertain, uncover meaning in your experiences, and move toward change that feels grounded and authentic.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, family dynamics, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges and I specialise in behavioural change, identity & sexuality, trauma, grief and loss.
Training, qualifications & experience
My work is grounded in the belief that mind, body, and feelings are deeply interconnected, and that real change happens when we bring awareness to all three. By working with this connection, we open the possibility for greater self-understanding, more authentic relationships, and a deeper sense of wholeness in life.
I work in a soulful way - and by soulful, I mean paying attention to what’s meaningful, human, and alive within you. For some, that’s spiritual; for others, it’s creative, relational, or simply a longing to feel more real and present in the world.
At the heart of my practice is a respect for uniqueness; every person carries their own story, rhythm, and way of being. Yet there are times we lose touch with that sense of self, or the shared purpose that connects us to others. Therapy can help you find your way back - to a place of clarity, connection, and possibility.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer both short-term (6-24 sessions) and long-term (ongoing) sessions.
Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes. They can be in-person in London, Hastings & St Leonards or online across the UK and abroad.
I offer a free 20 minute introduction call or online meeting.
I offer a sliding scale for therapy sessions ranging from £60 to £110, based on income and affordability. This approach allows therapy to remain accessible based on individual circumstances. A quarter of my practice is reserved for those on lower incomes, and I also partner with two charities to provide therapy to people who might otherwise not have access.

I work with clients both online and in person across the UK. In-person sessions are available in Hastings & St Leonards on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturday mornings, and in London (W1) throughout the day and evening on Wednesdays.
