About me

COVID 19 - UPDATE: With effect from Monday 23 March, I will only be offering online or telephone session to new and existing clients.

I have several years experience of working with clients online and although it may seem strange at first, I can assure you that you soon get used to it, relax and forget that you aren't in the same room as each other.

We can use Skype, Zoom, Face Time or just a telephone call, which ever suits you best. If you need any help setting this up on your phone or tablet, please let me know and I will be happy to talk you through it before the session starts.

I will resume face to face sessions as soon as it is safe to do so.

Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor / Therapist, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs.

I believe that to get the most out of counselling, it is important to choose a therapist that is right for you. For it to be successful, you will need to find someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence, without being judged.

Hopefully, we will have that connection which will enable you to feel secure and comfortable talking to me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and to arrange an initial consultation so we can meet and see how it goes.

I offer daytime and evening appointments and work with adults and couples. I work from clinics in - Sanderstead and Godstone in Surrey and Sevenoaks and Westerham in Kent.

I deal with many issues, including -
