About me

I am a  qualified and registered integrative counsellor with over 8 years  experience in Private Practice. I work with both teens and adults; individuals and Couples. Before being in private practice I worked for various charities and organisations including the NHS.

I originally qualified in Organisational Psychology and worked in an Investment Bank in London in a very fast-paced environment. It was after this I decided to go into Counselling Psychology and completed my Masters  in Counselling Psychology and my postgraduate diploma in Counselling.

I am fully aware of how tough and difficult life can seem. Sometimes we feel like we are in a never ending cycle and we dont know how to break it. Anxiety, depression, life stress, trauma, burnout, fighting with our spouse, self-esteem issues, feeling lost and ultimately stuck, and feeling like we are alone in figuring this all out. This is where I can help you.  I have extensive experience in the above areas and have trained and gathered many tools to help you in your journey towards a more healthier authentic YOU.

Please give me a call or send an email, and together we can find a way forward.

I have trained as an integrative therapist which means I will use various methods, psychological models and tools depending on your individual needs. For couples therapy, I have trained in the Gottman Method as well as Emotion Focused Therapy. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space where together we can explore your current thoughts, feelings and presenting issues and work together to move forward.

I work in person at my offices in  Worcester  and online via Zoom where I see individuals and Couples from the UK and abroad.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
