About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like life has somehow spun out of your control?
Maybe the anxiety never really leaves, or intrusive thoughts loop around your mind when you're trying to rest.
Perhaps you're struggling with health worries, low mood, burnout, trauma, or simply a deep sense of "not feeling like yourself" anymore.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I'm Sarah, a qualified and registered Integrative Counsellor with over 8 years of experience helping adults and teenagers move through some of life's most challenging seasons.
I offer practical tools as well as a compassionate space — not just "talking therapy", but real strategies tailored to support your healing and growth.
How I Work
My approach is active, collaborative, and uniquely tailored to you.
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a range of psychological models, including CBT, trauma-informed therapies, and solution-focused techniques — always adapting to what will best support you.
For couples therapy, I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) — helping partners rebuild trust, communication, and connection.
You’ll leave sessions not just feeling heard, but equipped — with practical coping strategies, emotional insight, and steps towards lasting change.
A Little About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the fast-paced world of investment banking in London after qualifying in Organisational Psychology.
I understand first-hand how chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion can impact every part of your life — and how hard it can be to find your way back to yourself.
I later completed my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, alongside extensive training in trauma, anxiety, and burnout recovery.
Next Steps
I offer sessions in-person at my private practice in Worcester, and online for clients across the UK and internationally.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected — or just know something needs to change — together, we can find a way forward.
Please feel free to email or call me to arrange a free initial conversation.
You don't have to do this alone.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
