Sandra wishes to movtivate and guide you on a therapeutic journey of cognitive and behavioural transformation. This will self-empower recognition of emotional reactions which can lead to self-defeating behaviours. As a psychotherapist, she tailors treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs, combining evidence-based therapeutic modalitites such as CBT, ACT with compassion focus approachs and mindfulness techniques. These promote self-awareness, emotional regulation and personal growth.
Sandra has experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, gender dysphoria, addictions, phobias or any sadness, fear or pain you are struggling with. Sandra welcomes the opportunity to work collaboratively with you whilst supporting your growth in a safe environment.
