Sandra Fraser BA(Hons) Mbacp - Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor.
In our daily lives there can be times that we find we have problems that are difficult to endure and even harder to share. I offer appropriate individual therapies aimed at your own personal needs in a confidential and safe environment, where we can work together with respect and the time needed for you to explore your own emotions and work towards a positive outcome.
I work as an Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor with clinics in Yeovil and Taunton.
My therapies include:
Person Centred Therapy (PCT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET)
I also work with relaxation exercises and breathing techniques to help with anxiety, stress and panic disorders.
I work with veterans and the ministry of defence.
Individual time for you to address low self esteem, anxiety, stress, depression and concerns around addiction and relationship issues that over time may have become problematic.
Trauma, bereavement or loss can become very overpowering and hard to deal with.
Decision making and moving on.
Person Centred Therapy works alongside the client giving them time to explore their own thoughts and feelings.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy works collaboratively with the client whilst they explore their own negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns working with Generalised anxiety disorder and Depression and work related stress.
During the free initial telephone consultation we will be able to discuss and safely explore together any worries and concerns that you may have, this will give you time to ask any questions about counselling and what it means to you.
