BA(Hons) Relational Integrative Therapist. MNCPS Acc.

About me

Hi, I'm Samantha,

I’m a Colchester-based relational integrative therapist who supports adults with relationships, anxiety, ADHD, relational difficulties, and the effects of childhood trauma. I offer in-person, online, and telephone therapy for individuals. I also offer in-person sessions for couples. My approach is rooted in my own experience with relationships, trauma, ADHD, parenthood, and all the messy, colourful bits in between.

Are You Stuck in the Same Relationship Patterns?
Do you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships, whether with partners, friends, or family, only to feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected? Maybe you push people away when they get close. Maybe you’re always waiting for something to go wrong. You might struggle with trust, feel like you’re too much or not enough, or notice that no matter how hard you try, things never really change. Even when you crave connection, something holds you back. Fear of rejection. Fear of being abandoned. Fear of getting hurt again. It’s exhausting. The second-guessing, the overthinking, the anxiety, it all gets in the way of how you show up in your relationships and how you feel about yourself. If you have ADHD, these patterns can feel even more intense because your nervous system reacts strongly to perceived rejection or unpredictability. With adult therapy in Colchester, you can understand your patterns, feel more secure in who you are, and start building the kind of relationships that actually feel good to be in.

What If Things Could Be Different?
I’ve helped many adults in Colchester break free from these cycles and build relationships that feel secure, fulfilling, and healthy, including the relationship they have with themselves. My clients often experience:

✅ Confidence in Relationships: You’ll set boundaries, express your needs, and feel secure so you no longer feel like you have to shrink yourself just to be loved
✅ Authentic Connections: Experience deeper, more meaningful relationships with partners, friends, and family and feel truly seen and valued
✅ Emotional Freedom: Let go of self-doubt, fear-based reactions, or ADHD-related impulsivity and respond to life’s challenges with calm and confidence
✅ Self-Awareness & Empowerment: Understand your patterns, heal past wounds, and make conscious choices instead of repeating old cycles
✅ Peace of Mind: Manage emotions effectively so your mind feels like a safe place to be
✅ A Stronger Sense of Self: Step into authenticity, release past conditioning, and wake up feeling grounded, worthy, and in control of your life

How We Can Work Together
I understand how deep these patterns can run and what it’s like to feel stuck. I also know that real change is possible. I help adults in Colchester break free from these cycles every day. I offer individual therapy in-person in Colchester, online, or by telephone at £70 per session. I offer couples therapy in-person in Colchester at £90 per session. Therapy should feel like a safe space, where you’re met with warmth, empathy, and respect. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure or judgment.

Ready to Take the First Step?
