About me

Hello and welcome to my profile.  You may be seeking emotional support for yourself or on behalf of a young person.  As a person-centred therapist I work creatively, empathically and non-judgementally with young people and adults from age 11 upwards. Online counselling offers a wonderful opportunity to access therapy in a place of your choice. I will be with you as you make sense of yourself in your world. I will walk alongside and guide you as we share your journey at your pace.

I am a qualified member of the association of counsellor and therapists online (ACTO).

In addition to online counselling I work within educational settings with pupils age 5 to 19, including those with SEMH.
