About me

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so you’re very welcome here.
I’m Sam, I am a holistic counsellor and hypnotherapist, offering a calm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard.

Everyone comes to therapy with their own experiences, pace, and way of coping, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, our work together is shaped around you - what feels comfortable, what feels helpful, and what you need most right now.

How I Work
Some people come for talking therapy on its own, while others are curious about including hypnotherapy. There’s no pressure to decide anything in advance - we can simply begin where you feel most at ease.

I work gently and collaboratively, helping you understand patterns, process emotions, build resilience, and find a way forward that feels manageable. My approach draws on counselling, hypnotherapy and TFT, allowing sessions to be tailored to you as an individual.

Above all, I believe the relationship we build together is key. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely human - somewhere you don’t have to have the right words, just somewhere to begin.

What to Do Next
If you’re wondering whether therapy might help, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an informal chat.
